I agree and i have both systems and both clunky. Xbox does load faster when downloaded but still slow when switching in the menus. The trigger system is complete garbage and has been terrible since they did it. the absolute worst is that you have to use the right analog when in recruiting and scrolling through player list with scouting report open. you have to press exactly straight down for it to switch players. move this to the damn Dpad. its faster to back out and and go down one player and select again. garbage.
