1. Can you import more than 12 TB teams into a dynasty...Like say 120 TB teams?

This would be perfect to do for an all high school dynasty that I am wanting to create.

2. In custom playbooks...will you be choosing what formation book you want (I-form normal, I-Form Twins...etc...) or individual plays?

both. you choose the formations and the individual plays within them.

If 12 is the limit then why bother giving people the option to download 120 teams?
