The "First Amendment" posts are always my favorites.

Anyway, here's to hoping these orders are carried through. Every year this "Zero Tolerance" policy is posted, and every year it's enforced for about a week or two before things slowly go back to how they were.

This type of TOS action needs to be a standard all year round, not just a few weeks at a time. Consistency is a much bigger deterrent than periodic threats of punishment. And, honestly, these threads shouldn't even need to be made... this should just be how it is. Half the reason posters get up in arms is because the rules AREN'T enforced this consistently on a yearly basis.

OS needs to be more proactive, as opposed to reactive.

It'd be great if there were a limit to the number of times a poster can say essentially the same thing. The impressions thread, among many others, is full of the same few people saying the same few things. It kind of brings the quality of the threads and the forum down.

It'd also be great if there was one single "I want to make constructive criticism about physics" thread where all related posts went, or one single "This is what I think of offensive and defensive line interactions" thread instead of the several that tend to crop up.

Just my .02. But whatever leads to less of the kind negative banter that characterizes EA game threads is good imo.

The angry adolescents usually can't control themselves at all and they only last a couple of days at most. The true problem comes from the angry adults who know how to stay right on the edge of breaking the TOS without going over. Their subtle shots and repetitive rhetoric is what really brings the board down.
