I've always played with both off. I don't understand how Auto Sprint works. Does the game decide when to make the player sprint (in the open field, burst through a hole in the line, etc.)? Or do they sprint when you push the stick all the way up?

I was struggling in the demo, then I turned off both and won 28-7(Heisman) with Oregon. LaMicheal James had 3 rushing td's all greater than 20 yards when previously my longest run was about 10 yards...

I hope in the full game I can win without having to put auto sprint off

I turn them both off and hopefully this year they can be turned off online. I don't think either one works right and like to control it myself.

I love autosprint. I think it's one of their best additions of the last decade.

Auto Strafe, not so much.

With backs who have high ACC you feel it when you hit the hole off tackle or break into the second level on a sweep or cut back.

Love it.

Re: Auto Sprint and Strafe.. do you use it?

i keep both off

i have nothing bad to say about either but i feel like as a user, it is all me... i want to be able to sprint and slow down on my own, as for auto strafe? im a beast at the strafe button in coverge, back in ncaa06 me and my buddy would always play and he would kill me because i couldnt pass, every time i threw it up he would pick it off and it was because he KNEW how to strafe, from then i made it my goal to perfect my strafe in coverage and now i can gladly say i have.. i play with the FS and in my OD one of my best free safeties had 63 interceptions in his career lmao you must learn when and how long you have to sit in strafe before releasing it to pick off the rock

now i have guys all over the nation that i play asking me how i do it.... strafe
