Question about the 'new' coaching carousel...

In respect to the added 'coaching carousel' to NCAA 12, how will it affect the user once your a head coach? Once establishing some prestige, will you be victimized by lower prestige schools hiring your offensive and defensive coordinators? If so, what effect will that have, if any, on your team?

Personally, I would like it if your staff would move on. As someone who tends to get bored after 5 or 6 years in a dynasty with one team, it would give me the option to follow or control the team of someone who left you.

Once you become the head coach, your coordinators are pretty much pointless since you now have full control. It's like they don't even exist. So, even if they do move on to a different school, it will have absolutely no effect on your school whatsoever.

It would be cool if you battle against one of your former coordinators some day if they become a head coach though

I know this will never happen... but it would be cool if when you did face one of your coordinators, they knew your audibles and tendencies. So you'd have to switch your audibles around or use new ones for that game... which, for some, might get confusing. That would make it very real and very cool. But, like I said... doubtful it will happen.

I think it would be cool if they just added a commentary note about it "so and so is facing his former team"

Would be a nice way to spice up some game commentary

I remember when I first saw in the ESPN stories that it brought up me facing my old school that was coaching at before. Blew my mind that they kept track of that.
