I always struggle to find the right quarter length in relation to having reasonable statistics/play attempts. I would love thoughts and reasons for your answer. I think what I have found is best is somewhere between 6-8 minutes without any sort of accelerated clock, but I'm open to anything.

I don't think realistic stats are ever possible in this game, man. I managed to
put up 35 points on Heisman in the demo, and in regulation...Which is extremely
nutty, of course.

Back on last gen, I usually played 10 minute quarters and got pretty solid stats.

Anything between 8-10 minutes as long as you're using "Conservative" so the play clock is on speed.

Yeah if the game is as wide open as the demo, I think ill b looking at 5 min quarters. If their is defense in the retail like im praying for, 7 min quarters.

I thought the Defense was pretty good in the demo so I might use 6-7 minute quarters

When I use 9 minute quarters, I usually average around 65-75 plays of offense and the CPU averages around the same, which is pretty realistic.
