EX:
#1 BCS
#2 Human
#1 Media

#10 pts per game off
#22 total yds
#29 pts per game def
#42 total yds

So you got 107 pts for a score of 17.83
Hmm... never thought of that.

That would work well for the stats factor, but I'd like for the wins/losses to be incorporated in as well. Most of the teams being smaller schools probably won't be ranked within the top 25 (in BCS) so I dunno if I could even view their BCS, Human, Media rankings.

Each Extra Story Written = 5 points
Each Video Highlight Saved = 1 point per highlight

Very low points here would result in a player being replaced.
Great Idea! That sounds like it would keep everything exciting and more upbeat.

You could use the stuff previously listed for the stats portion then use the wins as bonus points/deduction for winsloses and base them on conference affiliation

I created this quickly in Google Docs. I have 3 slots available for coaches. Just type over the numbers I have there already. It seems like a perfect score would be about 100, If you played in the SEC. At an average conference 70 is about perfect. Lowest is about -25, and average is about 5-15.

Clearly it is not perfect, I will work on it more tomorrow.

For some reason every time someone edits it that edit becomes permanent... Can you upload a Excel document to OS?

Since that Google Doc might get screwed up, here's the formula as of now:

(Wins*2)*Win%
+(Win-Loss Differential) So for a 10-3 coach this is 7
*Conference Prestige (A+=2,A=1.8,B+=1.6,B=1.4,C+=1.2,C=1,D+=.8,D=.6)
+(Bowl Wins*2)
+(BCS Bowl Wins*5)
+(National Titles*12)
+Most Number Of Wins in one Year-Most Losses in one Year
-(Losing Seasons*2)
/Seasons Played

Nowhere near perfect and will be edited later.

I know in Google Docs there is an option where people can view the file but do not have rights to edit it. As far as uploading to OP, no clue.

That looks promising. I'm not great with formulas or excel for that matter or I would help out... I see where the numbers are plugged into but is there a way to link the rankings to a "user names" column so it's easier to read and then have them auto sort so that #1 is always shown on top?

Thanks for the help!

I could do it in Excel but I don't think you can upload Excel documents to OS. Sorry, but I don't know how to do this in OS. I can try to explain how to do this in excel if you want.

this is cool dude. I just did this for my BYU team in my Online Dynasty and scored a 43.94! Pretty cool! I think that's good, but I really have no idea lol. I'll have to check to see what my friends scores are too!
