Can you increase/decrease these by adding/removing teams from them or are they set in stone? Was thinking of putting ND in the Big 10 along with another team i'm not sure of yet, see if it raises them to A+ :P

Not sure why they keep calling it the Big 10 anyway they got 12 teams now.... :P
