My custom playbook doesn't show up in the game.

I had the same error. This was the feature i was most excited about, and it's completely broken on Day 1. facepalm

I spent an hour putting together that playbook.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of stability with this game. It seems as though people are reporting several freezing issues not including the playbooks.

This was the feature I was looking forward to the most. I was excited to remove all those pitiful QB runs from teams who have 50 spd QBs.

Now I have to sit and wait to see if a patch/solution is possible.

Once again, I'm extremely frustrated with the oversight.

What did you name your playbook?

I created another one and randomly threw a few plays here and there and it worked. The differences between the two I made:

#1 - I had no space in the name of the playbook. Changed from Spread M1 to SpreadM1

#2 - I saved the playbook within the playbook editor. When exiting I did not save it again. The first one I created...I saved it the 2nd time when it prompts you to upon exiting the creator.

I hope it's just a name thing.

I'm going to edit the name to have a space in it to see if that's the error.

I'd say if you want to test this out and figure out what may be causing it, then go for it. I for one spend enough time during the day doing this kind of stuff, that I just want to come home and enjoy it...

Like I said, I'm embarrassed for EA on this as this was a big announcement that is broken. This should never occur....and should have an emergency project going on now to resolve this.

It's not a name thing as my offensive playbook with issues was named FullPistol, with no space.

My defensive playbook works fine, and the difference between them is in line with what people think the issue might be. When I created my defensive playbook I didn't clear a bunch of formations. I just added a couple, not even sure if I removed any now that I think about it.

My offensive playbook (the one with problems), I cleared formations, added some, removed others, switched back and generally was all over the map as I didn't really have a hang of the best way to go about editing the playbook.

I'm gonna try making a new playbook with a more focused approach and see if that fixes it. Cause my defensive one works fine, aside from the formations being in a weird order. That might be my fault though.

I'm not going to spend much time on this. I have a full-time job, girlfriend, house to maintain, and social life...well that's gone lol.

Next two days: 12 hour work days for me to get some extra money to pay for a dental procedure.

I have no idea what happened for my first playbook to be corrupt.

Created another playbook with a space in the name: worked
Created another playbook with a space and added/deleted stuff randomly: worked

Awesome the one I take an hour to complete gets corrupted somehow.

I hope EA addresses this soon

Mine is still messed up. Can't see the plays, big jumble near the ball etc.

I thought the patch was supposed to fix this? C'mon EA you're better than this

Ive created a few playbooks and although it is too small of a sample size here are my findings. If you take out every play and start from scratch, I had issues (such as no plays and the mosh pit glitch). Then I created a playbook and just removed 1 formation, added another, took out 2 formations addded another formation. I just did it in a small size rather than going below 300 plays at any time and ended up at the max. My new playbook now works. Ive done that two times and they both work.

Also I have gone back and edited the book but I have not tested it since editing. Anyone else try anything. The new playbooks Ive used work.

I am on 360 and I used Oregon PB as base for 1 and PSU as a base for another.
