The game isn't a true 1080p game though, they are still a rare bird. It likely was created at 720p, or even a bit less. I can't recall a 360 or PS3 game that didn't say 1080p compatible on the back of the box, but ya gotta remember, that isn't necessarily what it was created at.

That is very true. Wonder how much work it is for them to make it into a true 1080p game. I'm not pissing and moaning about this i mean this game is AMAZING. Was just wondering.

Re: 720p or 1080p?

The problems not in making the game really run in 1080p, it's in making the consoles be able to handle it, with a minimum of 30fps, in 1080p and so far, that isn't too common.

Even major release games like the Halo series and Call of Duty series, aren't 1080p and in the case of the Halo games, some of them are even UNDER 720p.

Holy Cow i didn't know that about some of the halo games. Haven't played halo since the original xbox. I didn't think about FPS. Yeah i bet they wouldn't be able to get this game to run at 60fps when doing 1080p. To much stuff going on all the time
