Day 3 of owning the game and I'm still not able to connect to the EA Servers. The option to login with my EA account and use my online pass never even pops up in game. I'm not sure if it's just an issue with NCAA 12, but I put NCAA 11 back in and logged into the servers with no issue.

Anyone else having these issues?

I tried signing in for the first time last night and had the same issue.

Should also add this is for Xbox360. Tried to contact EA Customer Service and they've recommended I contact my ISP. Can't understand why that would be necessary if my connection is fine and is good enough to access NCAA 11 servers and FIFA servers.

I had this issue with Tiger 12. Had to reset my router to fix it. How the two are connected i have no idea, but it worked. Maybe a coincidence, but it won't hurt to try.

Thanks for the tip on the router. I tried the reset, but no luck. Tried clearing my xbox cache as well. No dice. EA recommended that i do the 11/15/2005 date trick - no luck. So confused. Not good. Game is not worth having if I can't access online dynasty and rosters.

I have been unable to even sign in to my PSN account....

Getting error code 80710A06, which I believe is the same error that happened when servers were down back in April.

Can anyone please help me out with what may be going on here?

ive been having the same problem and have done all the resetting of routers and time settings, etc. Then i decided to try to connect to EA with a different account. I had an xbox live account thats just silver membership AND IT CONNECTED WITHOUT A PROBLEM!

But yet my main, gold account remains unable to connect to ea so i refuse to start my dynasty until i figure this out.

anyone have any clue why one account worked and the other didnt?
