Big Coaching Carousel Problem

First, I apologize if this has already been posted but I can't find it posted..

Fresno State vs Cal (Defensive Coordinator) Human--CPU T.O.P. 8:03 --23:57 {roughly} Human--CPU Snaps 47--79 UCLA vs Houston (Offensive Coordinator) Human--CPU T.O.P. 22:30--9:30 {roughly}

Is anyone else having these problems?

Well yes, but they go hand if hand if you're starting out as a Coordinator

yeah it's definitely supersim. same thing happens in RTG. i'm just simming my defensive plays, so D isn't on the field very long, i get a lot of snaps on offense.

im also playing DC on dynasty. hopefully they'll take a look at this in their next patch.

If we adjust playing time, like lower it, would that help balance the super sim issue?

What about just watching the plays, instead of super sim. I'm not sure if it will kill the right amount of time, but it is a suggestion.
