Important ratings for OLB in a 3-4

I'm starting a dynasty using Maryland who currently uses a 4-3 defense but want to change them to my custom playbook which is multiple but uses a lot of 3-4. I like to use an OLB as more of a DE/OLB hybrid and more of a pass rusher. I don't know which of Maryland's starting OLB will be better to use in this position. They have similar ratings in all relevant attributes, except for these 6:
AWR 70 84
Tackle 83 91
PMV 69 58
FMV 79 68
BSH 79 86
Pursuit 82 92
So which is more important as a pass rushing OLB, the Power and Finese move ratings or Awareness, Block Shedding and Pursuit?

well since your OLB is going to be used as mostly a pass rusher I would go with speed/finesse moves. Although im sure block shedding is pretty important aswell.

You OLBs should be mainly pass rushers, while your ILB should be the run stoppers and persuit type guys.

Most important stat for a speed rushing 3-4 OLB would be Acceleration combined with Finesse moves. That 10 yard burst is what makes an elite edge rusher.

You're joking right? I like Von Miller and all, but he's no Derrick Thomas. Who is probably the greatest pass rusher (not just pass rushing OLB) in NCAA history.
