CPU just stole game (photo proof)

I was beating the CPU by 4 with 1:48 left in the game. They had a 4th & 8 on my 31. They threw an out to a receiver who caught the ball out of bounds. The pass was correctly ruled incomplete.

Then the CPU challenged the play and incorrectly overturned the call. Two plays later Washington scored a TD and won the game by 3 points.

Here is a photo of the receiver the instant he caught the ball.

I can't decide if it was a terrible call by buggy challenge AI or if the CPU intentionally cheated. Either way it sucked.

I had the same thing happen to me as well. Very disappointing on a play that could possibly determine the outcome of a game. Lucky for me I still won the game.

YEAH! Go Dawgs! Woof Woof!

Just kidding... That's horrible. You would think with the technology we have they could call catches in or out correctly in a videogame...

Re: CPU just stole game (photo proof)

While I agree that this sucks. (I've had the same thing happen) I just try to force myself to believe that it was a blown call about the referees and replay officials.

Then I schedule the team next season and do my best to get revenge to the tune of a 40-50 point blowout.

I like to think that it SOMEWHAT adds to that human-element of football of how calls can go the wrong way, but it's tough to convince someone of that when they just lost the game because of a glaring CPU error.

That being said, you know what they say...You should never allow yourself to be in a position to where the referees can impact the winner of the game.

But I'm sure that's the last thing you want to hear, lol.
