All-American or Heisman?

On the demo, on Heisman difficulty, I felt like it was a pretty fair, sim game of football. Once the game came out, I tried it on All-American difficulty to get used to a new team. Game in, and game out, I realize that my rush defense is wayyy too good, but the CPU's pass defense is insanely good. I was wondering if you would suggest to play on All-American with custom sliders or on Heisman with custom sliders?

Re: All-American or Heisman?

I've noticed the same thing. The demo I always used FSU and I was able to manage bama's passing attack. I get the game and start my dynasty as South Carolina and I couldn't stop Arkansas's pass game. My all-american corner was getting beat downfield by a receiver who is slower than he is. I adjusted the speed threshold and that helped a little, but I don't know if there is any way to stop the ridiculous passing. I'm playing on Heisman by the way, and I've always played on Heisman and never had this problem.

Re: All-American or Heisman?

AA, that's what the devs say the game is designed to be played on.

Re: All-American or Heisman?

In years past I would say AA because that is what the game was designed for and that Heisman was cheap and had psychic play calling.

This year I will say Heisman. It doesn't feel cheap and the CPU running ability is a thing of beauty. Also, on AA, the defense always knows your play call. On Heisman I am able to come out with a 4 wide set and run because the defense is in dime and isn't set up to stop the run. On AA, 90% of the time I call a run play from a shotgun formation the defense is in a 4-3. I could call a 5 wide QB draw and the defense would flood the box.
