Revamped Big XII - let me know what you think

Boise to PAC-12 for geography's sake... and add Arkansas to the mix... Then bump Troy up into the SEC... Or instead of Troy, add FSU and then move Tennessee into the west...

I tried not to move too many teams from current major conferences, but thats a good idea.

The only teams I moved out of the majors were Iowa St. & Colorado. I might still move Troy into the SEC if they do well the first couple seasons. Also, I made Air Force an independent with Army and Navy (and BYU and Notre Dame)

You could always toss Indiana out of the majors and give ISU a spot in the Big 10...
