Good teams to build up?

I have been doing a dynasty with Virginia Tech and I realized that if I win the title in year 1 (which is very possible seeing that I am 7-0 and ranked 3rd) I will have nothing to really keep playing for. I like building teams up, and each of the last 2 years I built up FIU and WKU so I'd like a new team.

Criteria: Mid-major with at least some talent to build on (contemplated San Diego St. but they are pretty good). I'd prefer a team with a solid defense but I understand that is hard to find on bad teams, and good uniforms lol. Who should I be?

I am being the head coach too, not working up in the coaching career.

Re: Good teams to build up?

Id say Texas Tech. Got some good running backs and receivers and a decent Oline. Not that great on the Dline or LB but got some good DBs.

3 stars. Some of the coolest uniforms in my opinion (love the color combination) and not the easiest to recruit off the bat so feel reward to build up. Also tough games every year against UT, A&M, OU, OSU.

Edit: oh wait, Mid major? umm skipped over that part.. Nevada? Maybe fun.. Houston, Tulsa.

Yeah I was kind of looking at Houston. Other teams I have been interested in are Temple, San Diego St., and North Texas.

Bad thing is, they all three have either a terrible defense or awful jerseys.

Northern Illinois. There team is ok but after a few years of success you can build them up to a powerhouse.

Re: Good teams to build up?

Try Arkansas State. They have one of the best mid major QBs in the game and also some good RBs and WRs.
