Ok so anybody who played through a year has been to this screen already.

I like that this feature has been added but this screen is rather annoying.

I dont know what offers are headed my way, and feel obligated to jump at the first offer.

The problem is I do not know what else I would work.

I'm thinking something like a Madden style FA system.

Essentially there is a list of all 360 coaches. They can be filtered to be all, HC, OC, or DC with the RT and by all, unemployed, employed using the LT and can be sorted by School, or prestige using the "X" button. (RT, LT referr to the trigger on a 360 controller and "X" button on the 360 controller.)
Now I am thinking whether to use a real time system or a 30 day FA style system.

Would love to know what you guys think.
