N00B questions( why is there so many problems this year)

I have a few questions and maybe i am doing something wrong, i read and i haven't seen anything about it.

1. I have a 4gb xbox with a 16gb usb stick attached, how come i cant load more than 2 teambuilder teams into road to glory? This also doesn't allow me to save highlights on auto and I cannot see erin andrews's little show because of this

2. In road to glory you cannot use dreadlocks!!! what is up with that just a glitch?

3. Custom conferences / I use a promotion/relegation system and I have hit my 255 swap limit , are they going to fix this?

I dont own an Xbox but I think if you want all of those things then you need a bigger Xbox.

I know dreads can only be used on certain faces.

I wasent aware of the 255 swap limit.

i have more than enough space to even install this game to my usb sticks. I do not want to buy a hard drive.

and on top of that the promotion system is the main reason i bought this game. this 255 swap limit put an end to a weeks worth of gaming . I am stuck now. just frustrated right now lol

I saw a post somewhere that they were not aware of the swap problem and that they will be looming into it so there won't be any issues with it in the future
