I've done all my 2012 dynasty changes.. Now the WAC has 5 teams( I wanna import UTSA and Texas State)

You can only import teams at the start of a dynasty.

Like speedy43 said, you can only import teams at the start of a dynasty.. but you can't "add" teams, you still have to replace a team if bringing in a teambuilder team.
