How do you turn off the menu auto-scroll in game?

I could swear it wouldn't auto-scroll down, I had to manually move it down, until yesterday. Since yesterday it has been on some sort of auto-scroll so I have to fight with it or wait for it to come around. It is really frustrating. Takes me forever to pick the sub I want to put in or stat I want to check.

I'm on ps3.

Anybody know what I did? And how to turn it off? This is driving me nuts.

Yeah, I turned it on by circling with the L/R buttons. Whoops. Didn't know about that.
