Crazy frame rate problems ?

First would like to say I enjoy the game until I have discovered some odd problems. When I play Oklahoma State vs Florida in OSU's stadium the 3rd quarter becomes so laggy that it looks horrible and actually affects gameplay. Come the 4th quarter back to smooth running. I noticed it to be worst during night games. If I played another team like Texas at OSU its ran flawless. I thought maybe it was an OSU stadium bug. I then tried OSU vs Notre Dame at ND's home field same thing 3 quarter was a joke with frame rates. I have a new xbox and a new bravia tv settings at 1080p. I bumped it down to 720 same thing. If someone could try and play Florida vs OSU at OSU and let me know if you encounter these same problems please thanks?
