Dynasty Recruiting Question

Been trying to find the answer on my own, but to no avail.

During my dynasty what will happen if I never do any recruiting? I have always done all my recruiting, but never have I skipped it. Does the CPU end up handling the recruiting or do you just end up with 0 commitments at the end of the season? Thanks!

The CPU will handle it and do an awful job for you

I wouldn't let the CPU do my recruiting imo...it's better scooping up talent yourself

I actually simmed up to the year 2017 with the CPU doing all of the recruiting and I thought it did a pretty decent job. It did get me 4 punters one year though.

To the OP, you're better off doing it yourself and it provides a sense of satisfaction to know you recruited the players you're using.
