I just was prompted to DL a patch? Anyone else see this?

Release Day, I know when you don't play for a couple days you need to redownload the patch on 360, but I play the game every day.

Uhm, huh? I have to say, I've never had to re-download a patch just because I haven't played for a day or so.

If I don't play a game on the 360 for a couple days, meaning a week or so, I get prompted to redownload the patch.

Weird I have never had that issue on mine and I have owned 4 of them :P

Normally the only time you have to re-download a patch is if you clear your cache in the memory settings.
