So I'm starting an online dynasty this weekend with some friends and need help choosing a team. I want an already good team who is based on defense and running game...and a team that is sought after by many recruits...who have u guys had good success recruiting with? Any help would be appreciated?

Go with Wisconsin. I love that university and you can just run the heck out of your opponents, you get to score 83 points on Indiana (running up the score is accepted)(note how I'm a Purdue fan though), and you get to run and throw with Russell Wilson.
