I had something sorta somewhat similar happen to me back in Madden 09 or so...

I'm losing by 5, there's no time on the clock as I throw a hail mary, which gets picked. My opponent, instead of just diving or running out of bounds proceeds to juke, spin, juke, juke, stiff arm--fumble, the ball is picked up by my receiver, who has no one between him and the end zone after a few steps.

And apparently, just before I crossed the end zone, my opponent turned off his Xbox.


I haven't played online matches against randoms since. I only play against my friends.

Same thing almost cost me a gm tonight online. They really need to patch that. It's too sensitive when u hold down l2 to strafe and pick the ball off it happens so fast sometimes that he will immediately pitch it! Nothing u can do even if you let off l2 he will do it sometimes.

I guess I need to see if I can configure controller
And move the pitch button to something else.
