Anyone else addicted to this game?

I agree. I'm in my 3rd year and have gone:

7-6
10-3
5-2 (as of right now)

I'm not used to this kind of challenge, and with Coaching Carousel always making me want the next best thing, those losses hurt more than they used to.

I have not stoppe playing since release day. In my second season already and am hooked. I have put down The Show 2011 and NBA 2K11 which I had been playing non-stop since both of their respective releases.

I am in football mode now and eagerly await Madden 12.

Once October rolls around I will get back into the Show and NBA 2K11 and oh my Battlefield 3 is coming out!

So many games...so little time. Being 41 it is hard to play them all. But that also saves me a lot of cash as I am slow to get new games in general.


This years crop of Sports games (2K11, Show 11, NCAA 12 and Madden 12) will keep me busy for the next 2 years easy. And I still have NHL 11 to get back to at some point again. Eventually I will even pick up Top Spin 4 (it will be in the bargain bin buy the time I buy it).


So yeah....I am addicted big time and no doubt feel even with all the bugs (which will get patched soon) it is the best console football game in well over 6 years.

Who said we had to restart our dynasty? I was of the understanding that the patch would take affect like last year with the underrated kickers and slow progression. The tendacies don't bother me. If you set QB contain to conservative if a pocket qb is switched to scrambler he has room to scramble.

This is what has been the game changer for me this year. Last year in dynasty I would go undefeated every year blowing out every team I played. In my NCAA 12 offline dynasty with Cal I went 7-6 in my first year and am currently 7-1 with alot of nailbiter games in my second year. Oh and I guess you could say I'm addicted when i get home from work at about 12:30 every night and then down some coffee and play until 4:30 haha. I miss the days when I didn't work and I could play video games at normal hours. oh well playing in the middle of the night is better than not playing at all
