Does TX uniform get dirty? Im not seeing dirt even in rain on a natural grass field. Im a simple guy the gameplay is great (could use slight improvement) but the things like grass stains enhance the realism to me.

No, white uniforms or any late colored uniforms don't degrade as good as dark ones or at all most of the time.
