Allowing the big play on D
So here goes:
I'm in my 2nd year of dynasty with Kansas State and I can't seem to stop the computer from getting big plays. I've tried everything from blitzes, to man coverage to zones, nothing works. It probably doesn't help that my front 4 guys are bad and can't get a pass rush and that my best CB is a 79. I can usually stop them on 1st and 2nd down, but come 3rd down nearly every single time they'll get the first. I've also had problem with the CPU scoring on super-fast drives (like 5 plays or less), which is usually highlighted by a 40+ yard play of some sort. I've never had this problem in past iterations and I'd like to see what some of you guys do to stop the cpu. Maybe I just need to learn how to tackle a little better. I don't lose because I can score easily, but I'm tired of giving up 21+ ppg to terrible teams.
