I was just wondering if anyone else is having a problem with formation subs working during simulation in Dynasty mode. I have one QB running all plays out of shotgun and the other QB under center. When I sim, one QB gets all the playing time. I have tried simming over and over so I'm assuming it's not working. When I play a game however, it works. Anyone else experience the same? Maybe have a fix?

Is the one at the top of the depth chart getting all the snaps?

More then likely when you sim it just makes up stats and scores based off the ratings. It most likely doesn't get into all the details of a real game with situational subs and everything
