Recruiting Freezes Question

So, the recruiting freeze has happened about 5-6 times to me already. I've noticed if you set up visits that you lose them and have to reset them up the following week.

Does that mean ALL the time you spent before the freeze won't be counted for all recruits?

Or do you just lose visit information and the time on the current prospect you were on when recruiting?

Just do a periodic save more often until the patch comes out

Yeah, I was kinda wondering if I need to do that after each freaking prospect now...or it does save things somewhat. Anyone know?

I do it every 3 or 4 prospects unless I happen to get some sways I really need.

Sucks, but better than losing out on about 20 minutes of recruiting work only to have it go zzzzzhzhfzhzf
