CPU draw plays

Does the CPU abuse the draw play against anybody else? I just played ND and they ran the ball 43 times. I would probably say about 30 of the runs were draw plays. I have seen the CPU do it a lot but what ND just did was ridiculous. They would do it on most of their 3rd downs and would get a first down, no matter how many yards they needed. My players would just ignore the RB. If I blitz, they would rush past the RB and then he has 20 yards of open field ahead of him.

Oklahoma used it A LOT against me in the first half and most of them were successful. They owned me in the 1st half with it, but once I figured them out their offense couldn't move.

One of the draws they called me was on 3rd and 26. Props to the cpu because the draw was the last thing I expected.
