I realized what I already knew, football plays faster than normal speed.

Re: After watching real college football...

I agree with Gotmadskilzson. I have to wonder if the NCAA team even watches real college football? Everything I see on Saturdays, or what ever other day they play games now, is not in the game. I would add these to the list.

-Guys in college get open. When I'm breaking down film with my high school kids I call it "college open". DB's don't run the route every play.

-D's do not play as physic in real life.

-The read play is deadly. Very seldom did I see a guy blasting the QB and TB at the same time or at the point of hand-off.

-I don't think we can talk about special teams enough. It can change the game but not in the NCAA series.

-Freshmen who can walk in a play day one. The Utah St QB, Keenon (I think that is how it is spelled), walked into SEC country and played amazing. You would never see that in the game.

-The "Big Mo" really means something. I love seeing teams rise up and play beyond their talent. It is not done well enough in the game unless it is for the cpu.

-There is not a speed threshold in real life.

-College players make bone head plays alot. They take poor angles, blow coverage, and the reaction time is not before the play happens but rather delayed most of the time.

-The video game product is just a video game. Nothing beats the real thing. Which is a good thing because the video product is nowhere close.

Re: After watching real college football...

I haven't actually been interested enough to play this game for the last 2 weeks, but now since Luvtotha9s rosters are out and a patch is coming soon I'll have to give it another chance.

No expectations whatsoever.

1. DEs that generate a pass rush. All day I was seeing speed DEs blow past much slower Offensive Tackles all day long.

2. Actual wrap tackle sacks and not that one handed let me sling the QB to the ground by his collar stuff. Nor did I see that let me lift his legs up and dump him type of a sack either.

3. QB scrambles that were scrambling with a purpose. They didn't do that let me run for 3 yards and slide for no reason stuff I see in NCAA 12.

4. Big backs running through smaller DBs.

5. Proper way of doing onside kicks.

6. The amount of pressure punters got on all of their punts. They were having 4 guys within 2 yards of them every time they punted. in NCAA 12, they don't even attempt to block the kick at all.

7. Bad snaps, bad holds.

8. Pass intereference.

9. Holding on offense DURING a passing play.

10. Teams blocking for one another on punt returns and kick returns. On average punt returners were getting 20 yards per a return..

11. DIRTY UNIFORMS.

12. Freshmen and young players messing up in the heat of the moment.

13. Smaller school going to a bigger school stadium and kicking butt on the road.

14. Cheerleaders doing multiple cheers and formations through out the game.

15. I actually heard the bands during the games. In NCAA 12, you don't hear them at all.

16. Dynamic commentary.....

17. Loud crowds and small crowds.

18. Big hits sounding like a big hit.

This. Cmon EA pull it together.

I noticed a lot of missed field goals, not even just field goals... missed extra points! In NCAA 12 with default kicking sliders, the CPU is basically automatic.
