I play on very slow. What threshold do you use?

I was playing with it at 0 before the patch but had to increase it to 35 after.

Slow threshold @ 50... my rosters do have speed edits though for all players.

Some more 'findings'... sliders definitely do more after the patch. I am finding that +15 or -15 is about the farthest to go on all of the sliders.

Also there are definitely more tackle animations played now.

Something I've been curious about but never asked.... After a good run or pass, it seems the only animation I get post-tackle is where my player is "twitching" on the ground with his hands in the air (like he's trying to celebrate but just ends up looking like he's having a seizure). For a while, I was freaking out because it looked like he was injured. That twitching and the "holding myself because I'm injured" seem to be the only post-tackle animations I get from my offensive players. Well, all I was getting pre-patch, haven't played a game post-patch yet.

Is it pointless to start a new dynasties yet?

With the Transfer Failed issue yet to be fully resolved?
