Weird late game scenario
So, I'm down 17-7 in my online dynasty, but driving inside the 10. 2nd and goal, I throw an out and my receiver gets tackled right around the pylon. The announcers are talking about the TD, and the little touchdown animation popped up over the score. So I just hit "Y" and "A" without thought, like I would after any other touchdown. Turns out it was still 3rd and goal from the half yard line and I had to burn my last timeout. Scored on the next play, but I couldn't stop the clock and my opponent just kneeled it out. With one timeout, I would have forced him to keep playing for the first down.
Talked to my opponent later, and he said he thought it was a TD too b/c of the announcers and the little touchdown animation, but before he picked his play saw that the score hadn't changed.
