Custom sliders question

Long time reader, first time post. So, I'm in an online dynasty with my two brothers and after three years the number of losses to a computer team for the three of us has been progressively diminishing each year until in year 3 we all went undefeated against the CPU. Weve always played on AA, but I'd like to bump up the difficulty without taking it to heisman. What are some good sliders to use which produce realistic results ( aka south Carolina not blowing out a 5th ranked sec team 59-0)?
