If you get injured in a conf champ game and your out 3 weeks will I have my guy back for the national champ game? Injury is on 12/8 and the NC is 1/9... That's 4 weeks... Will it jack me or will he play?

Hell yeah it works, although it's always your most crucial player that gets injured. And it's usually for the entire season. Makes me rage, but at least it "works".
