Two Dynasty recruiting questions...

1.) Sometimes when I'm talking with a recruit, I see what looks like a padlock symbol behind them. What does that mean?

2.) What does "stage" mean (ie. top 5, top 8, etc.).

That means certain categories in the recruiting questions are unlocked and you will see the recruits interest without having to "discover" it first.

The stages tell you where in the decision process the recruit is. If you are outside of that group of schools (top 10, top 8, top 5, top 3) then you should probably move on to another recruit unless you have recruiting time to waste.

I've had some success going after guys who by week 6-8 are still in top 10 or top 8 stage and I'm not in thier list, but make them an offer and suddenly jump onto thier list. its not a given but I've landed those guys before. seems like some positions are less likely though (FB and O-linement seem to ignore me no matter what)
