How to get another head Coaching job

I have finished 5 seasons as a Head Coach at Miami and have turned them into a Powerhouse. I have won the National Championshhip every season and am looking to move onto to another school, but I cant seem to get any Head Coaching offers. I just get offered Coordinator positions. Anyone have any advice?

coaching carousel is effectively busted, IMO.

It doesnt take your record as a coach into much consideration, just your prestige and since by year 5 I'm sure you have 30 or so other coaches with A+ prestige (OC, DC, HC, it makes no difference) you end up SOL getting good opportunities. either a team will promote its OC/DC (who gets to be an A+ cause the offense/defense performed but the HC might be a B or something for missing bowl games or not recruiting enough 4* guys every season or some other BS) or the comp just kind of auto-hire some other A+ coach (who might be a DC or OC)....

doesnt seem to work as advertised, so you end up taking a HC job at a small school when one rolls around despite building/leading a powerhouse with great success.
