This has NEVER happened to me in the 15 years I've played NCAA FOOTBALL. I have had the game freeze before when playing against an online user, but NEVER has the game frozen on me when I am playing the CPU. It has happened twice now in consecutive weeks on the loading screen AFTER I FINISHED THE GAME! I've wasted 2 hours of my life now.

I am in my own online dynasty and about year 7. Through the first 6 years, the game never froze. Everything was fine. Then, after my first game in year 7, when the I select to exit the game, the game froze at the loading screen. The turning dots just stopped turning. I figure it is a fluke thing since it has never happened to me before. I can hear the disk spinning and it sounds like it is skipping every now and then. So I sim the week (and of course lose even though I won and I can't throw out the results). Then I play my next weeks game and BAM! The game freezes again at the exact same spot!

Has anybody had this happen to them?

I had two discs of NCAA 12, I've yet to get a freeze.

So am I dead in the water here? Will any game results ever go through or do I have to start a new dynasty? Am I stuck. Any advice from this happening to anybody else would be greatly appreciated.

consider yourself lucky my dude. i just lost my week of recruiting in a week where it was crucial that i do work as i have alot of close battles...including sum with other users in my dyn. froze on me 2x. lost over half of my time and this will kill my recruiting class most likely. this is only the 2nd time i had it freeze like this in recruiting....but its a bad blow. im at a teeter point if i wanna keep playing this game as i have a lot of negative feelings since this game has released with all the major bugs...and sum still not fixed (tendencies)

Your system is dying OP. I had one freeze since day one purchase and the disk was dirty. Cleaned it off, problem solved.

For all the problems out there you cant say because of "dirty disk". The company itself said it was on the disk themselves.

Before I traded it in, the game was constantly freezing. Had nothing to do with the disk either.
