whater happen to the sleeper prospects in recruiting where its like a few 2, 3 stars who come out to be around 75-82 like last year???

No matter how good the fb's are they are mostly 1 star. I have seen 1 2 star fb the entire time ive been playing the game.

i got a 5 star FB but he was a ATH ... he came in at 83
