Anyone else have a set system for rerated conferences?

What you did sounds good and I think I know what you're getting at with recruiting. Only real downside to it is that [in the game] big players (5 & 4 Stars) tend to go to big, successful school and location sometimes plays little role, which can be true at time in real life, but happens frequently from my experience in the game.
