Stumbled upon it on looking why Large Firms fail and disruptive technology

EA Tiburon:

Architecture/Organization structure unchallenged

Knowledge/capabilities unchallanged

therefore you get

I think NCAA has been very good the last two years. The only problems being really slow support after release and no FCS teams.
