Online pass isn't tied to Gamertag?

you have to redownload it again and go to account management and hit the transfer licenses button

my brother had a similar issue (he was going for achievements on it and the game glitched so it didnt save and he went and reset the game or w/e) at any rate... when he logged back in it said his online pass was already in use. I emailed EA customer service and just explained to them what had happened... I sent the gamertag and the pass that was activated with. They were really helpful and gave me instructions on how to get it to work. although i cant remember how off the top of my head. I'd email EA tho.
