What do you mean by promotion/relegation system?

Like how it is in the Primier League of soccer. Conferences are divided so that the prestige ratings are bundled together. In the offseason, teams will move up or down prestiges, and the conferences will be re-aligned accordingly.

Oh okay that sounds pretty cool, I looked at the league but I dunno about the settings -- varsity with very fast speed? Does that make it better? Are you going to change the sliders?
