That's a big problem, there is no real incentive to buy it release day because of the bugs and glitches. It usually takes at least a month for a patch and the game to be playable.

Bought it in 1998, 2009, 2010, and 2011. I feel like I missed all the good years with it...

Something I'm hoping is pure coincidence is the fact that my Wildcats have made bowl games every year I bought the game, but I have no intention on buying the game this year either as of now unless some really positive strides are made. Hopefully UA makes a bowl game regardless.

That's what I need to do...for the past couple of years, I've vowed to hold off buying until we get past the first couple of weeks, but I always read the posts of guys who get the game early and profess that everything is fixed, game runs and looks great, etc. and I get all excited.

And absolutely no disrespect to them, because the games do generally seem great at first, it's just that you can't see the true soul of the game until you play for 2-3 weeks.

I wish I was strong-willed enough to not look at this site again between now and about a month after playing the game. That would probably allow me to enjoy the game that much more.

Instead I'll come on here everyday between now and when I buy it (and after I play it) and see stuff wrong that I would have never seen wrong on my own.
