I voted for Coaching Carousel improvements.

All FCS schools would probably be second for me, but isn't that high on my list.
Mini games may be cool, but if their like last gen Madden mini games, then those really aren't sim in my book. It was too easy to boost your players.
Suspensions would be awesome if done right. Like if each recruit had a a "grades" and "potential to get into trouble" attribute or something. However, I don't think that the NCAA would allow that and even if they did it would still be too random, IMO.
As for the last two, I'd probably choose stadiums and presentation over AD Mode. The only sports game that I can think of that has something like that this gen is The Show. It was cool the first year or two, but the last couple of years it's just redundant and boring. I'd just let the CPU handle all of that.

Besides gameplay improvements the other thing I would like to see is more stats in the pregame and throughout the game and, of course, better commentary.
