Who asked for this Heisman mode?

I mean really. Wtf. I've never seen anyone from OS ask for this game mode. Or ask for anything similar.

Why does EA work on these game modes no one ask for, when we have a very organized section telling them exactly what we want.

People keep complaining about this, but we know nothing about it. How do we know it isn't a re-introduction of classic teams, which people have asked for. It could be like NBA 2K12's Greatest mode, where you have to play as the Heisman winner's team and beat a rival or something and then you unlock both teams. We literally have no information other than its a chance to play with former Heisman winners.

If its whole new teams, then whats their excuse for not including 85 man rosters? Or FCS teams? I think more people were asking for those than historic teams. Truthfully, I doubt EA ever figures out their own ratings and I'm sure Playmakers historic rosters will probably always be better than EA's if they attempt it anyways.

Personally I dont really care that they add these fluff modes or not, as long as they attempt to fix the gameplay. That said, I don't understand EAs thought process as I have never heard anyone say they were excited about buying the game because of these 'features', but have heard plenty of people say they wont pick it up (at least not new) because of the issues with gameplay.

1-Button Mode: Because the people who are going to be dropping $50 on the game are obviously incapable of knowing which receivers are open downfield.
