I take after my sister and I'm a late bloomer.

Kidding. I just got an Xbox and NCAA/Madden 12 late last week. Been playing Madden 08 for the PC all these years. Finally gave up on them coming back to the PC.

Honestly, I wish that they would give us the option to play the other side of the ball, but only be judged on how your side preforms. Maybe if you choose to be an OC and when you play defense you have the A.I. calls your plays for you. I just like to play both sides.

My favorite dynasty last season started as being a 1* OC at Tulane. Snagged a 5* RB in my first recruiting class and rode him to two Heismans and a Fiesta Bowl appearance.

I took over the head coaching job at Tulane eventually and somewhat regretted it. My offense was an absolute blast to play after landing a 4* QB and three 4* WRs to go with the Heisman winner.

To start off at a crappy school is probably the best thing. You start off their and slowly move through the ranks to your favorite school. my roommate and I did it last year started off at three star schools and the dynasty never got boring. but when you reach the school you want to its more rewarding than just starting your dynasty there and having everything thrown to you

I like starting at small schools, and sometimes I stay at small schools. I would stay more often if I could upgrade the team as a whole and not just players, things such as: stadiums, practice field, uniforms, coordinators.

Hint ↓↓↓↓ (my sig)
I read your sig....that would be sweet but it would need to be separate from the traditional Dynasty mode, in my opinion. Dynasty is tedious enough with in-season recruiting, coaching carousel, tweaking the depth charts, dressing your team in the proper equipment (if you're a stickler like me). AD Mode would drive me nuts and I wouldn't be sure if I was the head coach or the AD.....but I could see the marketing angle already "Build Your Program, From the Ground Up"

It's fun, and you can actually move up pretty quickly. After a pair of 10+ win seasons at Arkansas State, two Sun Belt Championships, and a win in the New Orleans Bowl over East Carolina, I got hired as the #16 UCF OC after just two seasons at Arkansas State.
