And all the enthusiasm I had yesterday evaporates. Want to take a small school, do well, and move up the ranks. Last year made Arkansas State into a Top 25 program and could not get another job. No job. None. Dynasty over, what other video games do I have to play? Another year of that, what's the point?

Actually I disagree. I think it's great that you start at 50% again because lets say Alabama does well for four years HC signs a 3 year extension but during those 3 years Alabama doesn't have a winning record. That let's the coordinators or hc's from other schools be able to get this job.

The old ps2 and Xbox versions were better than this CC crap that they don't want to perfect. At least in the old ones if you were a good coach you would get contract extensions, not just renewals. Your prestige for the school wouldn't go down unless you started losing games. And also the school offers were better than how this CC works. Winning a national championship shouldn't be rewarded with La Tech or something like that.
